Get the day off to a great start with great friends and the little ones!
Buggy Workout is aimed at new mums looking to get exercising. It doesn't matter whether you have never exercised before or used to run marathons. You can take it at your own pace and build up your stamina and fitness levels over the weeks.
It is great fun and we have some lovely groups of ladies. The little ones really enjoy it and some of the older children even join in or give 'encouragement' in their own way.
We use skipping ropes, boxing gloves, weights and resistance bands over a range of exercises with gently jogging in between stations.
Sessions run on a Monday morning at Lavender Hall Park, Balsall Common and Tuesday morning at Allesley Park, Coventry.
