Thank you for 'Finn' (Nicola Wiles) for introducing a friend to Blissful-Babies sessions'.

Congratulations.... Winner of the Easter draw! Although Vinnie doesn't look to impressed to be presenting/ letting go of this one!

Great buggy workout session at Allesley Park yesterday, sessions held every Tuesday at 09.30am, meeting point in the car park.

We tried some different cardio exercises this week; mainly working in pairs to motivate and encourage each other, which worked really well. I'm sure today you can feel how hard you all worked!! :-)

We welcomed 'Holly' to our session this week, well done for your great effort and determination!!
